Positive Reinforcement
- PRIDE Paws are issued by Traughber staff members to students
who “go the extra mile” to help out and show the pillars of Character
Counts. Recipients of PRIDE Paws are entered into a raffle at the end
of each quarter.
- Panther Pins are pins that are awarded to students who are
nominated by Traughber staff that show Character Counts
characteristics. Pins are awarded at the end of each semester.
Students are eligible for Panther Pins once each year at Traughber.
- Panther Parties are held at the end of each semester for
students who have received no suspensions, no Saturday Schools, and no
more than 1 detention. The winter Panther Party is held at Funway, and
the spring Panther Party is held at the Civic Center.
