Deaf & Hard of Hearing Program
The purpose of Kendal County Special Education Cooperative’s (KCSEC) Deaf/Hard of Hearing Program is to serve students of all ages who require educational support due to a hearing loss. These services may be provided in a classroom for students who are deaf/hard of hearing or through hearing itinerant services. The Deaf/Hard of Hearing classrooms and Hearing Itinerant services address the educational, communication and social /emotional needs of the student and provides guidance to the student’s family and school personnel.
