Parent Teacher Conferences
Parent/Teacher Conferences are scheduled for Monday, November 5, 2012 from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Tuesday, November 6, 2012 from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. This is the perfect time to touch base with your student's teachers to discuss their achievements and any other issues that might affect your student’s performance at school. We will once again be using our on line internet program which allows you to schedule your own appointments with your studen'ts teachers. The system is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week beginning Monday, October 22, 2012 and ending Friday, November 2, 2012.
To schedule your appointment, go to PTC Wizard site at https://pljh308.ptcwizard.com or log onto the PTC Wizard from the Plank Junior High home page.
Sign In- If you have used the system before, you can use the same username and password you created previously. If you are new to the system, you will need to start by creating a username and password. Click on “Begin the Wizard”. The wizard will walk you through the entire process. If you have questions as to how to use the system or do not have access to a computer, but wish to arrange a conference, please contact Mrs. DeWitt @ (630) 551-9408.
