OHS Open House - Sept. 5, 2012 - 6:00pm - 8:00 pm

Please plan to join us for Oswego High School’s Open House/Curriculum Night on Wednesday, September 5, 2012 from 6:00 – 8:00 PM.
During the evening, parents will have the opportunity to meet and visit with their student’s teachers and other OHS staff. Our new Open House model this year will not follow a specific bell schedule. Parents may stop in to meet and talk with teachers anytime between 6:00 and 8:00 PM. A list of teachers and their room locations, along with building maps, will be available as parents enter the building.
Also new this year will be the opportunity to attend three special presentations facilitated by the OHS Building Leadership.

• 6:30 PM: Measuring Student Achievement – From the PSAE to the Common Core State Standards (Principal Mike Wayne & Assistant Principal Julie Pavlini)
• 7:00 PM: Supports for Students –The Many and Varied Programs Offered by our Student Services Department (Director of Student Services Dr. Patti Marcinko & Assistant Principal Craig Watson)
• 7:30 PM: Climate & School Spirit – A Parent’s Role in Supporting a Positive & Proactive Learning Environment (Deans Brian Cooney, Kevin Schnable, Joe Sweeney & Athletic Director Darren Howard)
