In sports’ announcements, Girls’ Track & Field athletes, Awards Night is Tuesday at 5:00 p.m. in the Community Room. Any student interested in playing tennis for the 2012-2013 school year should attend the information meeting today at 2:45 in room eight. Experienced and beginning players are welcome. Please contact Coach Belke if you are interested but unable to attend. Anyone interested in being a part of the Boys’ Cross Country Team for the fall, there is a meeting after school today in room ninety four. See Coach Whipple for more information. A reminder to Varsity basketball players interested in summer camp and games: Homework is due by the end of the day on Friday to Coach Schnable.
There is an informational meeting for all boys interested in playing soccer next after school at three p.m. in room one thirty five today. There will be information about summer league, summer camp, and tryouts in the fall. Equipment hand out for those coming to Varsity Football Summer Camp will be held on Thursday, May thirty first at eleven a.m. in the Fieldhouse. See Coach Cooney if you have questions. There is an informational meeting for all girls interested in cross country for next fall. You will meet at two forty five in in room eighty six today. ATTENTION ALL DANCERS: Do you love to dance? Do you have experience in jazz, ballet, lyrical or hip hop dance styles? If so, come to the Pantherette JV & Varsity Dance Team Auditions! There will be an informational meeting next Tuesday, May twenty ninth at six p.m. in room eighty six. Tryouts will be the following week beginning Monday, June fourth. All returning and interested new Speech Team speakers will have a meeting on Tuesday at two forty five in Room two zero four. Attention Drama Club: Applications for Drama Guild are now available in room ninety, and they are due back to Mr. Feltes no later than two thirty today. See Mr. Feltes for further details. The Youth and Government Club is raffling off a pair of Warped Tour tickets! You may buy one raffle ticket for two dollars or three raffle tickets for five dollars. One lucky student will win a pair of tickets to the Warped Tour concert at First Midwest Amphitheater in Tinley Park on July seventh. Be sure to get your raffle tickets at lunch every day this week. NHS will have a meeting to discuss graduation duties today after school in room two fifty. All NHS members are required to assist at graduation
A reminder to all students their library books are due this week. Please return them to the LRC. All overdue books have a ten cent per day fine which counts during the summer months. Don't start next year off owing money. Turn in your books now. AP Studio Art students for next year. you have a very important meeting Tuesday twenty ninth after school. You will be discussing the projects over the summer and providing supplies. Student and Artists please pick up any artwork that might be with your art teachers before the end of the year. National Art Honor Society (NAHS) you will have your last meeting today at two forty five in the Dance room.
