Parent/Teacher Conferences
Conferences provide excellent opportunities for meeting individually with teachers to share valuable information about your student’s progress. No appointment is needed for the conferences that are held in the evenings. Appointments will be scheduled for the daytime conferences only.
To schedule a daytime appointment, go to the PTC Wizard site at https://oehs.ptcwizard.com. If you can’t attend either session, please feel free to contact your student’s teacher to set up a phone conference or an alternative conference time.
The following is a brief description of how to use the PTC Wizard system:
· Sign in - You will need to start by creating a username and password.
· Click on “Begin the wizard.” The system is designed to walk you through the entire process of booking appointments step-by-step.
· When you are finished, the system will email you a copy of the itinerary to be printed.
