Driver Education - New Laws

Due to an amendment of Law part 252 (Driver Education) we will need to change how we are doing permit testing this year. The amendment is as follows: "The amendments include a definition of "enrollment" for purpose of an approved driver education course as that period of time beginning 30 days prior to the time a student begins classroom instruction through the conclusion of the driver education course." This is basically stating students can only receive permits from the school 30 days prior to the start of class.

We will have permit test on the following dates for specific terms:
Term 2- September 29th
Term 3- November 19th
Term 4- February 4th

Effective July 1, 2007
