March 30, 2010 | Breakfast at Long Beach
Beginning March 30, 2010, we will be offering breakfast at Long Beach Elementary. This is a new program to District #308, and we will be ‘piloting’ the program this school year. Here are the details:
Every student has an opportunity to eat breakfast at school.
The breakfast will be served from 8:15-8:35 every morning of school.
Those that eat breakfast will be eating in the cafeteria, supervised by a classroom teacher.
The cost for a breakfast is $1.75. If your child receives free lunch, their cost is $0. If your child receives a reduced lunch, their cost is $.30.
