Beth Wulff

This is my sixth year as the principal of Grande Park Elementary School. Before opening this school and becoming a Grizzly, I was the assistant principal at Lakewood Creek Elementary School. I have taught second and third grades at several Oswego District #308 elementary schools since 1999, including Old Post, Fox Chase and Lakewood Creek. Prior to coming to this school district, I taught special education and third grade in the Wheaton Warrenville School District #200 since 1987.
I received my Bachelor's Degree for Special Education from Illinois State University along with a certificate in Elementary Education and my Master's Degree in Educational Administration from University of St. Francis.
My husband, Scott, and I have lived in Oswego since 1991. We stay very busy carpooling, cheering and supporting our children Michael, Matthew, and Emily in their extra-curricular activities which include (but are not limited to) football, art and swimming. I am very proud to be a parent, educator, and administrator in this wonderful community and school district.

Welcome! I am the new Assistant Principal at Grande Park Elementary School. Prior to coming to Oswego District #308, I have experience teaching second and fifth grades in Joliet School District #86 in Joliet, Illinois and fourth grade in Will County School District #92 in Lockport, Illinois, where I also served as the Teacher's Union President for two years. I am very excited, honored and humbled to be a part of this wonderful school community. I look forward to creating and maintaining strong, positive partnerships with students, staff, parents and community members.
I received my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Eastern Illinois University. I have a Master's Degree in School Guidance & Counseling (Type 73) from Lewis University. Also, my second Master's Degree is in Educational Administration (Type 75) from the University of St. Francis.
My wife, Mary, and I have lived in Shorewood, Illinois for the past four years. We have two beautiful children, Ava (5) and Andrew (3) who keep us very busy. We are avid Chicago Bears, Bulls and White Sox fans! As a family, we enjoy watching sports, boating, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

My name is Maureen Bergan. This is my second year at Grande Park as Principal Secretary. I have been with Oswego School District for the past eight years. Before coming to Grande Park I was the attendance Secretary at Churchill, prior to Churchill I spent one year at East View. I moved to Oswego ten years ago from New Jersey. I have been married to my husband, Dan, for the past 21 years. I have two boys, Sean (19) and Tom (15). I feel very lucky to work in an elementary school, and each day a child will say something that will bring a smile to my face!
Brenda Hillesland

My name is Brenda Hillesland. This is my first year as Attendance Secretary at Grande Park, and I am thrilled to be a Grizzly! For the past seven years I was a Teacher Assistant at Churchill Elementary in the LRC and Computer Lab. Previously, I worked for seven years in Pennsylvania and Michigan Public schools as a TA in Remedial Reading, Learning Support, children with Autism, and Migrant Education. I also have worked for 17 years in the Hotel/Hospitality industry, where I met my husband of 22 years, Eric. We have two children, Seth (who attends Joliet Junior College) and Layne (a senior at Oswego East High School). We reside in Grande Park with our dog, Buddy.
