Parent Teacher Conferences
Parent-Teacher Conferences are the perfect opportunity to touch base with your child’s teachers to discuss their achievements and any other issues that might affect your child’s performance at school.
District 308 uses PTC Wizard, an online program which allows you to schedule your own appointments with your child’s teachers.
The system works on a first come, first served basis, and there is a limited number of appointments available for each teacher. Please keep in mind that in order to meet with any of your child’s teachers, you must set up a pre-arranged appointment through our on-line system. If your schedule does not allow for you to come in when the teachers have availability, please contact the teacher directly for a phone conference. Teacher phone numbers are available from the Staff Directory link at the right of this page.

Sign In - If you have used the system before you can use the same user name and password you created previously. If you are new to the system, you will need to start by creating a user name and password. Click on "Begin the Wizard." The wizard will walk you through the entire process.
