To register for Delta Aquatics Summer Diving, follow these steps:

1. Print out a Delta Aquatics Diving Registration Form.
2. Fill out the form.
3. Mail the form with payment to OEHS, Attn: Jamie Fruits, 1525 Harvey Road, Oswego, IL  60543.
4. Acceptable forms of payment include cash, checks (to Oswego308) and credit card.  To pay by credit card, click here.
