Flags lowered to half-staff
Flags lowered to half-staff
November 6, 2009
The Department of Central Management Services has received notice from Governor Quinn's Office to fly the flags at State occupied buildings at half-staff to Honor the Victims of the Tragedy at Fort Hood, Texas. The United States flags and the state flags are to be lowered at all buildings November 6-10, 2009.
