Q: Does my child need to have a physical before going to school?
A: Kindergarten and sixth graders need to have their physical and immunization records turned in to the school one week before school starts. High school freshmen must hand carry their documents to high school registration in August. They are not to bring their documents to school before school starts. They are to make a copy of the physical and give it to the athletic department if they want to participate in a sport. Please have the Child Health Form filled out by you and your doctor.
