Facility Rental
District 308's facilities and grounds may be rented subject to a rental fee. Rental requests are completed online using the Facility Rental System and must be approved by the school district. Proof of insurance must be completed before your request will be approved and a hard copy of the policy needs to be received by the district office before the event takes place.
Proof of insurance must include:

A Certificate of Insurance naming the school district, its officers, agents and employees as additional insured

General Liability to Include: Comprehensive Broad Form General Liability Coverage, including premises operation, contractual, personal injury, and Broad Form Property Damage Coverage

Bodily Injury and Property Damage Liability Limits of not less than $500,000 each occurrence and $500,000 annual aggregate

Facility Rental System Procedures

Once accepted, you will be directed to the Facility Rental System.

Enter your email address and select "Submit."

Complete your information for first time. Continuing users should select "Submit."

You will be directed to the "New Schedule" page in the Facility Rental System. Select the appropriate schedule.

Complete the required information including the password field.
The password for users is password.
Please note: All events are subject to a $20 cancellation fee should they be cancelled with at least 48 hours notice. Should an organization not show up for the scheduled event and/or not notify the facility secretary of the cancellation, full room and staff fees will apply. All cancellations must be in writing via email (mhosp0714@oswego308.org) or fax (630.636.3196).
Attention: Please read terms and fee schedule carefully. All events requiring custodial staff overtime (weekends, holidays, etc.) will be charged to the organization regardless of that organization's classification.

** Please read the fee table carefully. All organizations, regardless or classification, are subject to custodial fees when applicable (generally weekends & holidays). Class II is for non-profit organizations that serve a minimum of 90% of District 308 students. Any non-profit organization with less than 90% of District 308 student enrollment are charged at the Class III level.
